GameShift celebrates a sixth year of FT recognition – and launches GameShift Scotland

The team at GameShift is delighted to be included, for the sixth year in a row, in the prestigious Financial Times listing of the UK’s Leading Management Consultants.

• Innovation, Growth and New Business Models – harnessing all of the above to deliver new ways of working in response to the biggest challenges our clients face. 

As a small business, we are thrilled to be recognised once again, with our silver and bronze rankings, and we are honoured that our clients and peers continue to nominate us for this listing”. 

GameShift is a boutique consultancy supporting CEOs and executive teams in times of strategic change. We act as a Thinking Partner, helping teams to see the world differently and to create new solutions and get them into action effectively and fast. Our work spans many sectors: we are currently working in food production and distribution, medicine and healthcare, materials science and manufacturing, universities, private equity-backed tech firms, retail, and many other sectors in the UK and internationally.

Examples of our current projects include:

• Working with the CEO and executive team of an organic food business to support a transition to an employee ownership model, along with a shift to a decentralised and participative way of working across the business.
• Supporting the CEO and executive team of a newly formed NHS Integrated Care Board to develop participative innovation across the health and social care systems of a UK region, and to develop the executive team to lead this process rigorously and effectively.
• Developing the CEO and executive team of a privately owned fast-growth medical diagnostics company to create a single company strategy and culture in a business created through a series of acquisitions.
• Providing systems leadership development for integrated regional health and social care organisations in Denmark – this is a continuing 10-year relationship that has been nominated for awards and now has a major impact on the way leaders work across major Danish institutions.
• Working with the leadership of an award-winning UK University to develop deeply collaborative working across geographies and disciplines, in support of an international growth strategy.
• Supporting the executive of a central government agency to meet complex shifting demands in a time of challenging circumstances and ever-tightening resources.

GameShift has teams situated throughout the UK – with bases in London, South West England and Scotland, and works internationally, particularly in Denmark. 2023 marks the launch of our full-time presence in Scotland, steered by GameShift Partner Julie Drybrough based in Edinburgh.
