What’s she like then?
Well we would say that Lindsey is dedicated to her teams and her clients, going the extra mile for all of them. She is also great fun to work with and Lindsey does laugh a lot!

What’s she done?
Lindsey has worked in all sorts of places in the UK and overseas over the last 20 years, helping to develop leaders and bring about change in organisations.
Her clients know that they will be given a first class service, and that Lindsey’s focus will be on helping them to get the outcome that’s best for them. And there’s lots of evidence to back this up – for instance ,in 2014, Lindsey led the team that won the EFMD Talent Award for the work that had been done at FrieslandCampina; during a turbulent time for a multi national she supported the senior leadership in turning around the organisation that resulted in an increase in revenue by 40% in the following year, and also she helped to develop the entire sales operation of a pharmaceutical, resulting in an acknowledged shift of culture within the organisation by the Sales Director.
Lindsey’s clients span all sorts of sectors from financial services to energy to pharmaceuticals to transport to government. You name the sector, she’s got experience in working with it. As well as a range of sectors, Lindsey has also worked on all sorts of interventions. From one-to-one executive coaching to events involving 400 people or more in a room working on a particular challenge to large, multi-year leadership programmes, Lindsey has designed and run them all.
She works as a thinking partner to Chief Executives and spends significant time with senior teams and Boards, helping them to have more effective conversations and develop their decision making capability. She develops high levels of trust through the relationships that she builds with her clients, always being focussed on the practical impact of her work.
One of the reasons for Lindsey’s success is that she has also experienced all this from the inside, having held senior roles with Smiths Industries and Thames Water earlier in her career. She has spent nearly 25 years as a consultant where following time with Coopers & Lybrand, she’s spent 20 years with the internationally renowned Ashridge Business School, where she’s played a significant part in the leadership of the business, latterly heading up its Custom & Consulting practice, where she helped to grow revenue significantly.
Why does she bother?
Lindsey is committed to bringing about real and significant change in leaders and their organisations.
She’s passionate about helping people see the difference that skilled interventions can bring about in organisational conversations and practices.. the long-lasting impact that can be brought about by workshops, projects, programmes, coaching and all sorts of different conversations.
Genuinely believes in the possibility of organisations being better by its people being really well developed. That’s why she’s so passionate, in particular, about the importance of executive coaching with leaders, really specific learning tailored to that person.
She cares that the work is done well and that’s why she spent a great deal of time creating a coaching accreditation process in a former organisation, and developing a cadre of coaches able to work to the highest standards.
Is she qualified?
She has a Masters in Engineering (1st class Hons), a post grad Diploma in Personnel Management and second Masters focusing on responsibility in business practice from Bath University.
She’s a qualified coach (graduating from the Ashridge Executive Coaching accreditation process) and is qualified by the British Psychological Society to conduct psychological assessment and feedback using a range of tools.
