The Gallery Simulation is a one-day simulation providing a viscerally impactful experience of strategic leadership in fast moving, complex circumstances.
The simulation was created as an integrated experiential part of any mid to senior leadership development programme. It addresses the need to make learning practical, embodied, and memorable, and provides rich data for personal development, peer and coach feedback.

Amid globalisation, instantaneous communications, and innovation ecosystems, leaders are more challenged by continuous change.

The simulation will provide you with a ‘lived’ experience of operating in a VUCA world. You will find out how you act to certain situations, what drives your behaviour under pressure and will give you the opportunity to unpack all of this and learn from it.
